By the time Tosca had finished high school she was already dreaming of moving to Italy to become a fashion photographer, and by the time she had finished art school, she had saved enough money to move to Milan. Arriving in Italy with nothing but a camera and a lot of determination, Tosca worked with what she had, which was natural light and the instinct to show things as they are. Within a few years Tosca was shooting fashion editorial and advertising campaigns, when an art director noticed her particular ability to capture the most tender of childhood moments, and her career took a dramatic turn. Her ability to create luminous images of innocence, and joyful, effervescent moments imbues her photographs with a timeless quality. After six years in Italy, Tosca emerged as a photographer with a deep understanding of light, and stillness, and wonder that has informed her work ever since. Tosca brings this finely tuned sensibility to everything she shoots, and she brings the viewer into a hidden world of grace filled moments they would otherwise have missed. Never without a camera, Tosca’s discerning eye is always on the lookout for someone or something to celebrate. She travels the world, but calls Austin, TX, where she lives with her husband and son, home. Over the years, Tosca’s ability to make images that are unique and effective, combined with her strong work ethic, has engendered a reputable list of clients. A few include - P&G, Special Olympics, Target, Gerber, Pampers, Osh Kosh, Disney, Walgreens, Eli Lilly, Merck, Pfizer, Downy, Fisher Price, Enfamil, Parenting, and Martha Stewart.
